1. Client Rights & Dignity
We believe every client is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We honor each individual’s preferences, beliefs, and personal boundaries.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential. We follow HIPAA standards and never share client information without written permission, except when required by law.

3. Caregiver Conduct
All caregivers are trained, background-checked, and committed to serving with kindness, professionalism, and integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, neglect, or disrespect of any kind.

4. Customized Care Plans
Every client receives a personalized care plan based on their needs, preferences, and family input. Plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed to ensure the best care possible.

5. Scheduling & Hours of Service
We offer flexible care schedules, including part-time, full-time, and respite care. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for schedule changes or cancellations.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand emergencies happen. We request notice of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

7. Billing & Payment
Invoices are sent weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your care schedule. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept cash, check, credit/debit payments.

8. Transportation Policy
Our transportation services are non-emergency and must be scheduled in advance. Caregivers are not permitted to transport clients in personal vehicles unless authorized by the agency.

9. Health & Safety
We follow best practices for infection control, hygiene, and caregiver health. Clients and caregivers are expected to notify us immediately of any symptoms of contagious illness or safety concerns.

10. Spiritual Support (Optional)
As a faith-based agency, we offer prayer, scripture, and spiritual encouragement for those who desire it. Participation is always optional and based on the client’s comfort and request.

11. Grievances & Feedback
We welcome your feedback. If you have concerns or wish to report an issue, please contact our office directly. Every concern is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

12. Termination of Services
Services may be paused or ended at the request of the client/family or by Kingdom Care Solutions in the event of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated policy violations. Notice will be provided in writing when possible.
